O documento diz que a forma\u00e7\u00e3o integral do indiv\u00edduo significa prepar\u00e1-lo <strong>cognitivamente e emocionalmente<\/strong>, formando-o como profissional e cidad\u00e3o. Isso inclui a capacidade de lidar com as pr\u00f3prias emo\u00e7\u00f5es. E, diante do isolamento social e das inseguran\u00e7as decorrentes do enfrentamento \u00e0 Covid-19, <strong>lidar com as emo\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> (ou ensinar as crian\u00e7as a reconhec\u00ea-las) se tornou um desafio para as fam\u00edlias e para a escola. Esta \u00faltima, inclusive, se prepara para receber os alunos de volta ao conv\u00edvio escolar com um cuidado maior com as emo\u00e7\u00f5es. Essa caracter\u00edstica biol\u00f3gica foi evolu\u00edda e aproveitada criando situa\u00e7\u00f5es estruturadas em que a sociabilidade se expressa e gera mais interatividade, cria\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura, rela\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais mais pac\u00edficas, interativas e tudo que esse universo envolve. A sociabilidade depende de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interpessoal. As pessoas se comunicam por um canal visual, um canal auditivo e tamb\u00e9m um canal t\u00e1til. Este \u00faltimo, \u00e9 o \u00fanico canal que n\u00e3o pode ser emulado pelas novas tecnologias<\/em>\u201d, pontua o professor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Quando um professor interage com um aluno, o c\u00e9rebro do aluno se modifica, mas o c\u00e9rebro do professor tamb\u00e9m se modifica<\/em>\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>A <strong>falta desta intera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 uma das principais consequ\u00eancias do momento atual, quando o <strong>isolamento n\u00e3o permite essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3xima<\/strong> entre as pessoas<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201c<em>Em algumas pessoas pode causar solid\u00e3o. N\u00e3o \u00e9 estar sozinho. \u00c9 se sentir infeliz por estar sozinho e isso pode causar baixa imunidade e v\u00e1rios problemas como depress\u00e3o e suic\u00eddio. Isso deve ser mitigado. H\u00e1 v\u00e1rias maneiras propostas para isso, mas, elas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o inteiramente conhecidas<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>\u00c9 por este motivo que, segundo o professor, \u00e9 importante se desenvolver <strong>alternativas h\u00edbridas<\/strong> para depois que sairmos da pandemia.<\/h5>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201c<em>Tem que equilibrar o presencial com o remoto. Sobre o contato presencial, n\u00f3s temos um acervo de conhecimento consider\u00e1vel. No caso dos remotos, ainda n\u00e3o temos dados. A professora citou a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma ferramenta para trabalhar o <strong>desenvolvimento socioemocional<\/strong> no ambiente escolar. O projeto est\u00e1 apoiado em uma plataforma que permite a <strong>personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, atendendo a cada aluno no seu jeito de ser, e \u00e9 facilitador para o professor fazer o gerenciamento de todo o processo. <em>\u201cNesse momento \u00e9 um desafio que a educa\u00e7\u00e3o recebeu de fazer o desenvolvimento do socioemocional. Ao longo do s\u00e9culo 20, n\u00f3s cuidamos do cognitivo e tivemos sucesso. Mas na medida em que conseguimos desenvolver a dimens\u00e3o socioemocional estaremos contribuindo.
